Pinkerton Inc., Encino, Calif., and Sensormatic Electronics Corp., Boca Raton, Fla., have agreed to the principal names by which Pinkerton will acquire the business and assets of Sensormatic's Enterprise Accounts Division-U.S. (EAD), a lately created separate business unit operating as a full-fledg dealer. confines of the agreement have not been announced.
